Despite the rain which is working against us in terms of riding I am delighted to be so close to getting $1000, double what I thought I would raise

Another rainy day

Today was disappointing in that we watched the rain bucketing down.

We couldnt ride but we feel very happy that we have reached and surpassed what we thought we would raise for the fight against kids cancer

Rainy day

Despite the rain we did a longer ride today 25 klms to Crestmead and a few side loops

Sad to see so many homeless in the park more than the last time Roger rode.It was raining hard and trying to survive and doing washing was an uphill battle .

Between the showers

We managed a ride when the rain stopped and added 15 klms today.Riding past a group of pelicans and along the track was great.

Lemon scented gum

Today we rode around Tygum lagoon .We ride past this lemon scented gum and often stop to enjoy the lovely scent.

Very hot today ,so need to start earlier.

Coffee shop

Started from our house to go to Waterford but found a gate locked.Turned round and drove on the bike track on a busy road.

Yikes! It added a bit 15klms today .
