My Story
This October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! I have given myself a goal of 50kms which is really far for my little legs. Sometimes my legs get tiered, but that’s ok, I can still keep riding.
Because right now, cancer is the largest single killer of children from disease in Australia – over 700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year and sadly, 3 die every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
And so I am riding and raising funds to support the Children's Medical Research Institute to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

BMX racing
24 Oct 2026We went to BMX racing, it was busier than normal. I won 3 races, and Arlow won the other 2. It was really close racing which was lots of fun.

Ride home from school
22 Oct 2026We ride home from school via the skatepark again. I walked up the stairs with my bike which is a lot harder than riding down. We didn’t go via the river where we got swooped by the magpie earlier.

Swooped by magpies on the way to school
21 Oct 2026I got swooped by a magpie today on the way to school. He swooped dad a few times and then came for me. I cried for a bit but I kept riding till I was far enough away. We won’t go that way on the way to school anymore. We then had a few minutes at the skate park.

Sunday summits with mum
20 Oct 2026Today we rode to the summit while mum walked up again. We managed to get glenno out on the bike as well after a long time not riding after an injury. We rode down rnr1 onto ridgeline then down gravity. Gravity is my fav.

Tuesday night at BMX
20 Oct 2026Tuesday night BMX training, we did times gate balancing and I did 1min before dad stopped the timer. I rode with Stella, Jackson, and Arlow.
